West Midlands small firms still unable to get bank loans

There is still huge funding gap for small businesses in the West Midlands despite the recovery from the banks, the head of the community lending organisation has said.
Paul Kalinauckas, chairman of the Fair Finance Consortium, said that while the banks were starting to dip their toes in the lending market again, there were still more and more entrepreneurs and small businesses desperate for money but unable get hold of it.
