A Third of EFG Applications being rejected

Business Minister Baroness Shiti Vadera revealed that a third of loan applications under the Enterprise Finance Guarantee Scheme have been turned down by banks.
She was on combative form as MPs demanded to know why her department had failed to spot the recession.
